Peel Ports Group appoints new CFO

Peel Ports Group announced the appointment of Jason Clark as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Jason Clark, who took over his new duties on 8 January, will oversee the Group’s finance, legal, and IT functions, reporting directly to CEO Claudio Veritiero. He brings extensive experience to the role, with a career spanning 25 years in senior finance leadership positions within infrastructure companies across maritime, airports, and energy sectors. He has a proven track record of effectively leading teams and joins the Group at a critical period to further support and propel growth and investment initiatives.

Previously, Jason Clark served as the CFO for Smart DCC, managing the national data communications infrastructure for the UK’s energy smart metering network. Before that, he held CFO roles at Bristol Airport and Condor Ferries, following a significant tenure in the energy industry with RWE, culminating in his position as UK Finance Director.

Jason Clark is expected to play a vital role in driving the Group’s strategic initiatives as a key member of the Group Board and Executive Team.
