Port of Gdansk dismisses president of the management board

Łukasz Greinke will be removed from the management board of the Port of Gdansk Authority after voting on 16 March.

Since 2016, Łukasz Greinke has been the president of the management board of the Polish port.

He graduated from Toru’s Nicolaus Copernicus University’s Faculty of Law and Administration. Prior to joining the Port of Gdansk Authority S.A., he served on the boards of directors of companies involved in the marine economy, specifically the shipping, forwarding, logistics, and port owners industries.

The supervisory board did not provide an explanation for its decision and in accordance with the relevant laws, it will start procedures to finish the composition of the management board as soon as possible.
