THE Alliance revises its Transatlantic network

THE Alliance, including Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, Yang Ming and HMM, will revise its Transatlantic network for 2021, in addition to the network adjustments announced at the end of last year.

[s2If is_user_logged_in()]The setup of THE Alliance’s network has been evaluated and reconfigured to offer a more focused product with further improved reliability while keeping the existing wide range of port coverages, said THE Alliance’s partners in a joint statement.

Restructuring of the Transatlantic services’ set up will commence from the second quarter of 2021.

While the AL1 service will be suspended the rest of the AL services of THE Alliance will have the following updated rotations:

AL2 Service: London Gateway – Le Havre – Rotterdam – Hamburg – New York – Norfolk – Philadelphia – New York – London Gateway.

AL3 Service: Antwerp – Hamburg – London Gateway – Charleston – Savannah – Houston – Norfolk – Antwerp.

AL4 Service: Le Havre – London Gateway – Antwerp – Hamburg – Veracruz – Altamira – Houston – Le Havre.

AL5 Service: Southampton – Le Havre – Rotterdam – Hamburg – Antwerp – Halifax – Port Everglades – Cartagena – (Panama) – Rodman – Los Angeles – Oakland – Seattle – Vancouver – Oakland – Los Angeles – Rodman – (Panama) – Cartagena  – Caucedo – Halifax – Southampton.

THE Alliance said is aiming to offer customers a more stable network, through the Transatlantic service network changes, to cater for growing market demand.[/s2If]
