The Taiwanese shipping line TS Lines has launched a new service that will connect Chinese ports with New Zealand.
The first container ship of the new service departed the port of Quingdao on Monday, 27 September and after calling four other ports in China, it will serve Tauranga and Auckland via Metroport.
The new TS Lines service will have the following rotation: Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Nansha – Shekou – Tauranga
The service is scheduled to be conducted once every two weeks until the middle of November when the vessels will start having a weekly rotation.
