Wan Hai launches new intra-Asia express service

The Taiwanese container carrier Wan Hai Lines will enhance its Asia and East India network with a new weekly service between South China, Vietnam and East India (CI7).

Wan Hai will be the sole operator of the service and will use four container vessels with a capacity of 1,200 TEU each.

The CI7 service’s port rotation will be as follows:

Haiphong – Zhanjiang – Nansha – Cat Lai – Port Klang North Port – Chennai – Vizag – Port Klang North Port – Haiphong

The first voyage is scheduled from the Port of Haiphong on 27 March.

Wan Hai believes that the CI7 service will provide clients with better transit times and additional service options.
