WeFreight, a logistics solutions provider, has announced the official launch of its operations in Mexico.
Experienced executive Miguel Trejo, who will be the managing director of WeFreight Mexico, commented, “Mexico is a dynamic market with a growing economy, and we are delighted to be part of its logistics future. We are committed to leveraging our extensive experience and industry knowledge to deliver tailored solutions that address the specific needs of our customers in Mexico.”
Mexico showed a 4.7% growth rate in 2021, and the country’s economy expanded by 3.1% in 2022. In fact, this positive trend led the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to
revise Mexico’s GDP growth estimates upward to 1.8% in its April 2023 report, reinforcing the country’s economic prowess.
Finally, with its digital-first approach, WeFreight aims to improve the logistics industry by providing transparent and efficient services that deliver value and optimise supply chains.
