ZIM launches campaign to build US team

ZIM Integrated Shipping Services has launched a new Employer Brand Campaign to attract top talents to its offices in the United States.

With the slogan “Hear the Difference. See the Difference. Be the Difference,” ZIM emphasizes the importance of a strong employer brand to connect with skilled professionals.

This campaign was crafted using insights from ZIM’s employees, ensuring its messages authentically reflect the perspectives of its team. Through this initiative, the Israeil-based shipping company aims to engage with prospective employees who share its commitment to excellence and the distinctive “Z Factor” spirit.

Additionally, the campaign will appear across multiple platforms, including social media, job boards, and mobile billboards on container trucks, encouraging potential hires to explore careers with ZIM USA. Recruitment will focus on roles in customer service, sales, and other key positions supporting the company’s global shipping services, with opportunities at ZIM’s newly opened offices in Virginia Beach, as well as in New Jersey.

“As ZIM continues to grow and develop new services, we are excited to strengthen our brand and attract individuals who are ready to help us achieve our vision. This campaign is a meaningful step in building our team in the USA, ensuring that we bring in not only the best talent but also those who genuinely identify with our culture and values. Our team is our strongest asset, and with their enthusiasm and dedication, I am confident this campaign will have a lasting impact,” stated Nissim Yochai, ZIM USA President.
